Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Muheet Oil Refining Co. (“Muheet,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the www.muheet.com website and any related services, applications, or content (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, “Content”), are owned by Muheet Oil Refining Co., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Arab Emirates and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

2.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to:

  • Modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Content
  • Use the Content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
  • Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

2.3 Trademarks

“Muheet,” the Muheet logo, and other Muheet trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Muheet Oil Refining Co. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of these trademarks.

3. User-Generated Content

The Services may allow you to submit, post, or transmit content, including but not limited to comments, inquiries, and feedback (collectively, “User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Muheet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MUHEET OIL REFINING CO., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Muheet. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Muheet shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muheet Oil Refining Co., its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your use of the Services
  • Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way. Such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that achieves, to the greatest extent possible, the original intent of the parties.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Muheet Oil Refining Co. concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.
